Day 74 - Stay Alert!

Day 74 and its Thursday.... yay!

Sorry its really late tonight, I have just finished the online shopping ready for collection tomorrow morning.  We actually managed to get it all from one supermarket this time and that is probably a first since lockdown, so I am really chuffed. Although there is still no flour - we will get some from our local bakers as they appear to have loads for sale.

This was taken a few days ago when the sun was shining.  It was really cold and dull today, but it still didn't rain, oh actually it did we had 2 spots on the window!  I wish it would just rain for us and then the sun can shine again.

Had another fairly busy day, which is good and still keeping me out of mischief.

I am thinking we might get up early on Saturday to go for another walk along the beach and try to get a coffee.  Maybe more open on Saturday morning or we can take our own drinks with us.  We were trying to be careful as we didn't want to need the toilet.

There is a program on TV tonight about Pompei, which has brought back some memories.  We went there a few years ago with some friends - it was in fact around this time what we went.  We were just having a laugh about it as Jo and I went over to what we thought was an information stand.  We both looked at each other thinking what on earth is it and James came over and told us we were looking at the recycling bin.  It was hilarious and the sort of thing us two would do.  We remember it was a scorching hot day when we were there and Matthew burnt his neck.  I have to say it is an amazing place to visit and we also visit Hurculaon.

Anyways, I will now retire for the evening as I am shattered.

You all take care and until tomorrow....keep your distance!
